ETA Star partners with ADCB to offer attractive promotion on The Grandeur Residences
Special interest rate of 5.99 % for six months offered during the promotion that runs till April 15th, 2006.
ETA Star has partnered with Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) to offer an attractive limited period promotion for the newly launched The Grandeur Residences at the Palm Jumeriah Crescent. Customers can avail a special interest rate of 5.99 per cent for six months, for loans booked during the promotion that runs till April 15th, 2006, whereafter the rate will automatically revert to the bankÕs standard variable rate.
In addition, the special promotion includes a waiver of the loan application fee of AED 250 and also the 0.5 per cent loan processing fee to the customer, which will instead be charged to ETA Star. As per the terms of the promotion, up to 90 per cent of the value of the property will be financed, with the term of finance extending up to 25 years.
